Summer is full of patriotic holidays, but that doesn't mean you have to cover your table with American flags. Since I'm not a fan of a lot of blue, I took a different approach to my 4th of July tablescape. I focused on reds, but not Christmas reds. Instead, I used a variety of shades to create a subtle patriotic theme without it being too in-your-face.

I adore ducks, so they had to be part of the tablescape. My husband likes to call himself a fisherman, so I added fun fishing trinkets to the tablescape. While I encourage you to shop your home, it's also okay to pick up a few new items to complete your look. I found some affordable trinkets at Hobby Lobby to give my centerpiece a fuller feel. These little additions can make a big impact without breaking the bank.
Another favorite place to explore is local thrift shops or second-hand stores. My favorite curated shop is the Tannery. I always go there first when looking for a unique element for my home. Don't forget Facebook Marketplace because so many cool treasures can be found for reasonable prices!
